We Sell Half, Quarter & Eighth Beef, As Well As Smaller (25 lb and 15 lb) Specialty Pkgs

The general rule is 25 pounds of meat per cubic foot of freezer space. We recommend you invest in a 14 cubic foot freezer for a half-beef purchase.

Our half beef ranges @ $1450.00 (+Shipping) and will contain from 200-250 pounds of beef.  The cuts usually consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts, Stew Meat and 40-50% Ground Beef

Our quarter beef ranges @ $750.00 (+Shipping) and will contain from 100-130 pounds of beef .  The cuts usually consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts, Stew Meat and 40-50% Ground Beef. 

Our Eighth (1/8) beef ranges @ $395.00 (+Shipping) and will contain  around 50 pounds and will consist of the following:

  • 1-2 lbs of Filet Mignon / Tenderloin

  • 8-10 lbs of Ribeyes, NY Strips or Sirloins Steaks

  • 8 - 16 lbs Roasts (Arm, Chuck or Rump) and/or Brisket 

  • 20-30 lbs Ground Beef / Stew Meat

  • 4-7 lbs of Ribeyes, NY Strips or Sirloins Steaks
